UI/UX Designer (Figma + Prototype)

Telebort is seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting the visual and interactive experiences for our tech projects, including web, mobile, and social media platforms. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring our products reflect a cohesive and visually appealing brand identity while providing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

Working Days and Hours:
Tuesday (0.5 working day) to Sunday (5.5 working days) | 10 am to 7 pm (with 1-hour lunch time)

You will play an important role in

  1. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's goal, project goals, and design objectives.
  2. Participate in various tech projects and conduct user research to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points, and Implement user feedback to improve user experiences.
  3. Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, ensuring seamless interactions and user flows.
  4. Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web, mobile, and social media platforms.
  5. Maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints, reinforcing the company's image and values.
  6. Oversee ongoing projects related to branding, web design, mobile app development, and social media platforms.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
  8. Collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other team members throughout the design process.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have

  1. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product design, UI/UX design, graphic design, Webflow design, and branding.
  2. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision, Webflow).
  3. Solid visual design skills with attention to typography, color, layout, and composition.
  4. Experience conducting user research and translating insights into effective design solutions.
  5. Ability to work well with multiple and challenging projects concurrently.
  6. Flexibility to work flexible hours.
  7. Possession of an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) environment.
