You will play an important role in
Work on various design projects across users, product, web, mobile, digital marketing and branding.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver cohesive design solutions.
Conduct user research and apply a user-centric approach to inform design decisions.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and brand guidelines for consistency.
Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for digital and print materials.
Implement responsive design principles and optimize designs for various devices and platforms.
Use prototyping tools to create interactive prototypes and iterate based on feedback.
Collaborate closely with developers, providing design assets and guidance.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and handle multiple projects.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product design, UI/UX design, graphic design, Webflow design, and branding.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision, Webflow).
Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
Solid visual design skills with attention to typography, color, layout, and composition.
Experience conducting user research and translating insights into effective design solutions.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts effectively.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Ability to work well with multiple and challenging projects concurrently.
Flexibility to work flexible hours.
Possession of an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) environment.
