• Manage event budgets and ensure financial accountability.
• Coordinate with vendors, including technical support, caterers, decorators, and audio-visual technicians.
• Oversee event logistics, including registration, ticketing, and on-site operations for hybrid events.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permits for hybrid events.

Virtual Event Management and Streaming:

• Develop and implement virtual event platforms and tools.
• Manage attendee registration, ticketing, and access control for virtual events.
• Facilitate virtual event interactions and engagement opportunities.
• Oversee live streaming of virtual and hybrid events across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Monitor streaming performance and analytics to optimize live streaming quality and engagement.

Event Marketing and Promotion:

• Create and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote both virtual and hybrid events.
• Utilize social media, email marketing, and other digital channels to reach target audiences.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement overall marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and stakeholders.

School Outreach and Corporate Partnerships:

• Develop and implement strategies to reach out to schools and potential corporate partners.
• Organize and host events specifically for schools and corporate partners.
• Secure sponsorships and partnerships with corporate entities.
• Cultivate relationships with school administrators and corporate representatives.

Event Evaluation and Reporting:

• Collect and analyze event data to measure event effectiveness for both virtual and hybrid events.
• Prepare post-event reports summarizing key metrics and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in virtual and hybrid event planning and execution.

1. Academic qualification in Marketing, Management, Business, Public Relations, Advertising, Multimedia, Psychology, or equivalent.
