1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Telebort platform and educational services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Educational Services

2.1 Program Description

Telebort provides online coding and computer science education through structured 6-month programs. Our programs include live instructor-led classes, digital learning materials, and progress tracking.

2.2 Age Requirements

Our programs are designed for students aged 8-18. Students under 18 must have parental consent to enroll.

3. Enrollment and Payment

3.1 Enrollment Process

Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment processing. Class placement is subject to availability and appropriate skill level assessment.

3.2 Payment Terms

• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include 8% SST
• Monthly installments are processed automatically via Stripe on the same date each month
• Lump sum payments offer discounts and can be made via bank transfer, e-wallet, or Stripe
• Failed automatic payments may result in temporary suspension of access

3.3 Flexible Credit System

Additional classes beyond your plan allocation can be purchased using our credit system. All credits expire at the end of your 6-month program period.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4.2 Acceptable Use

• Use the Services only for lawful educational purposes
• Not share class access links with unauthorized persons
• Not disrupt or interfere with the learning experience of others
• Respect intellectual property rights of all course materials

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, code examples, and assessments, are the property of Telebort Technologies Sdn. Bhd. and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Fixed Teacher Policy

Under our Fixed Teacher Policy, instructors remain with the same group throughout the program duration. This ensures consistency in teaching methodology and accountability for student progress. Teacher changes may occur only in exceptional circumstances.

7. Class Attendance and Make-up Sessions

• Regular attendance is expected for optimal learning outcomes
• Make-up sessions may be available through the Flexible Credit System
• Recordings of live classes may be provided at instructor discretion

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telebort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the past three months.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by User

You may discontinue your enrollment at any time. Please refer to our Refund Policy for applicable terms.

9.2 Termination by Telebort

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, non-payment, or behavior detrimental to the learning environment.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
