About this Program
In this fast track program, students will dive into the world of programming through the Python programming language. With the flexible and intuitive software called Edublocks, students can code through a fun block-based method while also being able to see the actual syntax of the code.
Students will also learn how to debug common programming mistakes and learn the foundational skills to start their programming journey.

Projects that you will build
Draw My Pet
Students learn basic print syntax to draw pictures using text. This is called creating ASCII art by using a combination of text and symbols.

Rock Paper Scissors
Create the famous tiebreaker game using Python and basic game logic. Students will also figure out how to build it as a single player game versus a computer.
Racing Turtles
Create animations of turtles on a race using the Turtle Graphics Library for python.
My Picasso Art
Learn to draw and paint basic shapes on a canvas using the Turtle Graphics Library for python and create a masterpiece each time!
