Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager/Strategist to join our team. As the Marketing Manager/Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our company's goals and brand. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, including collaborating with external agencies, managing budgets, and monitoring campaign performance. We are looking for a creative thinker and a strategic leader who can drive marketing initiatives to deliver measurable results.

You will play an important role in

Marketing Strategies

  1. Manage end-to-end growth initiatives, including post-campaign analysis, and create comprehensive marketing plans that integrate various channels and tactics.
  2. Coordinate and implement various marketing initiatives, such as events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  3. Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates and engagement metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and consistently provide insights and areas of improvement through reports.
  4. Develop and oversee the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources and marketing efforts.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and actively recommend innovative marketing approaches.

Network Management

  1. Collaborate with advertising, PR, and digital marketing agencies by providing clear guidelines to ensure their work aligns with company goals and brand identity.
  2. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., academic, growth, tech) to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
  3. Proactively engage with the team to iterate and refine marketing strategies based on data insights and feedback.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have

  1. Academic qualification in Marketing, Management, Business, Public Relations, Advertising, Multimedia, Psychology or equivalent.
  2. In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, and market research.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
  5. Exceptional organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing approaches.
  7. Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and emerging trends in the industry
