About the role

Are you an individual who loves to build relationships with people through problem-solving? You will learn how to bring customer service to another level by leveraging CRM and Chatbot. Suitable for a candidate who doesn't want to be stuck in just customer service and wants to learn new technology.

You will play an important role in

Chatbot & Automation:

  • Understand inside out the Telebort Computer Science Education.
  • Map out the customer journey and build auto-reply templates.
  • Grow and engage with the audience by sending an automated weekly newsletter.
  • Build a friendly conversational chatbot to reduce human bandwidth.
  • Managing CRM.
  • Use analytics to harness your data, get insights and make smart and data-driven decisions.

Community Engagement

  • Manage a high volume of daily inquiries (e.g., email, live chat, phone call, Whatsapp, social media, etc) by providing accurate, valid and complete information.
  • Build positive relationships with students, parents, and teachers and conduct sales pitches for potential prospects.
  • Communicate student progress reports to help parents better understand the learning progress.
  • Perform student retention evaluation to help the borderline students from dropping out.
  • Conduct in-person or virtual interviews with students, parents, and teachers to let them share their experiences in learning computer science.
  • Launch and conduct engagement initiatives to delight and build a strong community.


  • Cross-functional collaboration with academic, executive, tech, and data teams to implement and manage work processes and procedures.
  • Work with the academic team to update classes on a weekly basis.
  • Send a reminder or notification to update parents and students about their status in the class.
  • Update and maintain process documentation.
  • Ad-hoc duties when required.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have

  • You have an academic background in Marketing/ Management/ Business/ Public Relations/ Advertising/ Multimedia/ Psychology/Computer Science/Mathematics or equivalent or related field.
  • Knowing how to code and deploy a chatbot will be a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and team effectively at all levels.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing using English and Bahasa.
  • You love teaching and are eager to shape the skills and minds of the next generation.
  • You want to contribute positive impacts to society using your skills and knowledge.
  • You can work well with multiple and challenging projects at one time.
  • You can work flexible hours.
  • Having the entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) environment.
